Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in developing and maintaining our asset management framework.
About the Position:This position plays a crucial part in ensuring data integrity and delivering high-quality management reporting. Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and improving the asset registry framework, enhancing the asset register to deliver meaningful management insights, and extracting and interrogating data from asset systems to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and improve the asset registry framework and records.
- Enhance the asset register to deliver meaningful management reporting.
- Extract and interrogate data from asset systems to support strategic decisions.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or similar; or Diploma/Cert IV in Management/Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial asset management experience.
- Proven ability to manage large and unstructured data sets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and risk evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
