Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Project Manager at our organization. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Building, Asset Management or Facilities Management and extensive experience in delivering asset management and facilities services.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable commercial experience across the asset management and FM services procurement process, including working on specifications, KPIs and payment mechanisms, evaluation and contract negotiation. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication capabilities and analytical skills, as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).

- A tertiary qualification in Building, Asset Management or Facilities Management.
