As a seasoned Asset Manager, you will oversee the ongoing management of unlisted assets across Infrastructure, Property and Private Equity at a leading industry super fund.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and creation of asset strategies and governance plans. You will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing unlisted assets, including quarterly reporting and implementation of agreed governance plans.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing investments in infrastructure, property or private equity. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and stakeholders effectively.

You will also be required to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams with strict deadlines. Technical skills include setting and implementing asset strategies, financial modelling, understanding business financials, and overseeing investment valuations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of successful asset management
  • Significant experience in infrastructure, property or private equity investments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
