Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day movement of freight within their portfolio.

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experience, reviewing freight movements, resolving enquiries, and building strong relationships with customers and national transport providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day movement of freight within assigned portfolios
  • Provide insightful analysis to support a best-in-class logistics experience
  • Review and report on daily freight movements
  • Resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate priority issues as required relating to all aspects of customer accounts

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and sound computer knowledge
  • Ability to work at pace and under pressure, with a high level of motivation and energy
