Property Settlements Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:
  • Key Contact Point
  • Manage customer and finance information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure settlement information and documentation is obtained and recorded.
  • Liaise with Developers and monitor title registration, managing client relationships.
  • Coordinate processes to capture valuation results, obtain finance approval letters and documents.
  • Manage appointments for building inspections and handover processes.
  • Monitor and manage client communications.
  • Prepare communications to key stakeholders on project developments.
  • Maintain various registers and reporting requirements.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Prior experience in managing property settlements, banking finance, mortgage, or house and land properties.
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM databases.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Arrangements

This full-time position (Monday to Friday) offers a hybrid work from office/home arrangement for all staff.
