About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client-side team in Regional NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale industrial projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the client representative with the head contractor, ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Manage cost plans, monitor progress, and control budgets to ensure project success
  • Establish and lead project governance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Tendering documentation and processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  • Contract administration and works supervision, ensuring high-quality project outcomes
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and maintain a strong focus on safety and the environment
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
  • Proven experience in a Project Manager position, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Based on site in Regional NSW, with a strong understanding of local industry trends and regulations
