Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Data Strategy and Transformation team at the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) in Melbourne, VIC. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, and contributing to business and project planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow.
- Identify and support teams to manage business and delivery risks by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Establish cadence and run efficient and effective scrum ceremonies; provide transparency and visibility of progress throughout the sprint.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with Scrum Master Certification working in scaled Agile environment and managing multiple squads.
- Skilled in Change management, Release Management and Azure dev-ops using CI/CD
- Knowledge of Spatial (GIS) and Non-Spatial data platforms including Cloud data technologies (preferably Azure).
- Advanced facilitator and great communicator with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
