We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Data Strategy, Management and Transformation team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing allocated resources, budgets, and contributing to business and project planning and reporting.
You will lead Scrum teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow. You will identify and support teams to manage business and delivery risks by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
Key responsibilities include establishing cadence and running efficient and effective Scrum ceremonies, providing transparency and visibility of progress throughout the sprint.
Key Selection Criteria- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with Scrum Master Certification working in a scaled Agile environment and managing multiple squads.
- Skilled in Change management, Release Management, and Azure DevOps using CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Spatial (GIS) and Non-Spatial data platforms including Cloud data technologies (preferably Azure).
- Advanced facilitator and great communicator with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
