We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Cloud Business Solutions team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing each project's scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups, and coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of demonstrable Scrum Master experience, leading 2 or more Scrum teams, and a strong understanding of Azure DevOps. They will also have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Manage each project's scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product
- 5+ years of demonstrable Scrum Master experience, leading 2 or more Scrum teams
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
