* Utilize Jira for managing project workflows, creating dashboards, and tracking progress with burndown charts.
* Lead a team (squad) to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects using scrum methodologies.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement, guiding teams to refine and optimize agile practices.
* Oversee budget forecasting and financial management for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, balancing agile methodologies with traditional project management practices.
* Handle change requests and ensure all project components are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
### Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of agile frameworks and scrum methodologies.
* Experience in project management, including budgeting and financial tracking.
