APAC Paid Media Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for creating innovative media strategies. You will play a key role in shaping the future of media capabilities, driving business and marketing transformation through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Planning: Develop and execute paid media plans that meet the needs of iconic brands. Partner with internal stakeholders to connect brand and retail media strategies, increasing the effectiveness of our ability to reach, engage, and convert consumers.
  • Media Buying Optimization: Partner with media agencies to centralize media buying execution, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to markets. Support scaling the buying model to other countries where appropriate.
  • Test & Learn Agenda, Media Personalization: Partner with KC's media agencies and other partners to define a roadmap for personalized media on audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization. Drive test and learn agenda across markets to continuously evaluate and incorporate improvement opportunities to drive media performance.
  • Paid Media Dashboard, Ad Tech, Naming Convention, and Taxonomy: Partner with data analytics teams to develop paid media dashboards, ensure proper tracking of all campaigns, deep dive data to gain insights. Point of contact and owner of ad accounts and social media governance needs. Support implementation of new ad tech across markets where appropriate.
  • Media Agency Relationship Management: Design ways-of-working, systems, and processes by which media agencies work with us. Support assessment and evaluation of media agency performance, continually give feedback based on actual results, observed behaviors, and feedback from brand teams.
