About the Role

We seek a skilled professional to deliver workplace injury prevention, return to work or life and disability support solutions.

  • Assist individuals to return to meaningful occupations
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Support clients with chronic illness, injury or disability to achieve independence and fulfill their goals
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Perform activities of daily living assessments and recommend assistive technology under various contracts
  • Complete workplace modifications assessments under the National Panel of Assessors contract (requires minimum two years disability employment experience)
  • Administer standardised assessment tools
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work or life goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives
