Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a Psychologist, Counsellor or Social Worker to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions with impact.
In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals return to meaningful employment, make a real difference in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
Your Key Responsibilities- Utilize your specialist knowledge and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation and training services.
- Take ownership of effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.
- You must be professionally registered with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW.
- You should hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- You need a current Working with Children Check.
- You are required to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
