Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize clinical expertise to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through various programs and services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training initiatives.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
