Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our Front of House team and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere, managing front of house staff, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Opening, closing, and end-of-shift duties

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role within a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
  • Additional experience in working in high-pressure environments is highly regarded
  • Valid RSA certification
