Felons Brewing Co is one of Brisbane's most dynamic hospitality destinations, welcoming thousands of guests every week to its riverside home.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead operations across our flagship 1000-seat venue.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of a large, fast-paced operation, spanning six bars and three kitchens which operates seven days a week.

You will be responsible for driving service standards, guest experience, and team culture, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our management team, you will have the autonomy to make decisions while being backed by a collaborative and highly skilled support network.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to handle high pressure situations.

A proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rostering and budget forecasting
  • Menu knowledge and training
  • Partnerships with chefs and marketing teams
  • Beverage pricing updates
  • Operational metrics monitoring and reporting
  • Team recruitment, development and coaching
  • Culture champion
About You:
  • 3–5 years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • Knowledge of licensing laws, food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management tools
