Assistant Hotel Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated hotel manager to lead our front-of-house, food and beverage, and housekeeping operations. You will be responsible for developing and training a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, food and beverage, and housekeeping
  • Assist in staff training and development
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all patrons
  • Effectively manage and lead a team of hospitality professionals
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain financial records
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Identify and address operational issues or concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a high-quality experience
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant hospitality industry regulations and compliance requirements
