Childcare Educator Job

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications, a minimum two years full-time work experience, and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the holistic development of children.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's development and daily information.
  • Assisting with daily room tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes.
  • Ensuring high-quality services in accordance with the National Quality Standards.
  • Guiding team members with their professional development and individual goals.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications.
  • Minimum two years full-time work experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the holistic development of children.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice.
  • Valid employee Working with Children Check number.
