Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. Our centers provide a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn and discover.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to work with our friendly and supportive team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-6 years.

You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art center with modern facilities and resources that facilitate interactive learning experiences for children.

  • Planning and implementing educational programs that promote holistic child development
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and program information
  • Assisting with daily room tasks, including activity preparation and mealtimes
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations and standards
  • Providing guidance and support to team members on their professional development and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
  • Minimum two years full-time work experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing educational programs that value a holistic view of child development
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
  • Valid employee Working with Children Check number
