Job Title: Senior Insights Manager

">Role Overview

This Senior Insights Manager position involves ensuring clients get the most from their Shopper Intelligence subscription by defining and leading deliverables, and engaging with teams to integrate shopper insights into success strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to take on temporary contract work with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the team. The role offers variety and the chance to connect with stakeholders across different businesses and functions.

About the Team

We provide comparative and objective data on what shoppers want, how satisfied they are at a category level in each banner, and various attitude and behavioural metrics.

Our customers return to us year after year because we provide proof points they need to influence decisions and get buy-in when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate comprehensive relationships with key accounts in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Prioritise understanding and fulfilling their unique business needs.
  • Make Shopper Intelligence integral to clients' strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to define clear briefs and agree on deliverables that drive value.
  • Lead insight creation, presenting impactful results.
  • Champion innovation, enhancing the relevance and impact of our insights.
Project Leadership Skills:
  • Oversee critical initiatives, setting objectives, timelines, and milestones to ensure success.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, coordinating resources to deliver project goals and addressing challenges proactively.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in market research, category management, insights, or brand.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Ability to derive relevant actions from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
