Are you looking to take your career in corporate valuations advisory to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Valuations Advisory Manager or Senior Manager.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves providing robust valuation advice to clients across various industries, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and corporate sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting transaction and compliance valuations, preparing independent expert reports, and performing financial reporting and tax valuations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive confident decision-making. Your expertise will also be utilized to coach and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments
  • Prepare comprehensive expert reports and fairness opinions for shareholders on transaction terms
  • Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, impairment testing, and share option valuations
  • Provide strategic corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital analysis, capital management, and deal value assessment
  • Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in core business valuations, managing client engagements across diverse industries
  • Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modelling, project management, and delivering high-quality client deliverables
  • Excellent consulting capabilities and strong client relationship skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
