The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Managing patient records and databases
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of medical software and systems (Pracsoft/Medtech an advantage)
