From their very first haircut, rewarded with a custom certificate, to Pattern Shaves, Dutch Braiding, and Pamper Birthday Parties, Dream Cuts is the go-to salon for kids, offering fun and stress-free services for both children and parents.

**Location**: Westfield Marion, Oaklands Park SA

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met throughout their visit.
- Utilise hairstyling experience to perform hair braiding, styling, and hot tool styling services for children, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Plan and organize memorable and enjoyable Pamper Birthday Parties, including coordinating bookings, activities, decorations, and stock.
- Collaborate with the Head Office team to develop new and innovative party themes and salon services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain inventory of salon supplies and products, working with Head Office to ensure a well-stocked salon.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques in hairstyling to provide cutting-edge services to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hairstyling, preferably catering to children.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to effectively manage salon operations and coordinate parties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Creative mindset to develop engaging party themes and innovative salon services.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak party times.

**Compensation: Hair and Beauty Level 2 ($25 -$33 per hour)**

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
