We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into new markets and foster lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our services portfolio.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities that align with our company's goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop account plans and drive upsell/cross-sell of existing services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and present tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • A solid understanding of business products and trends, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Relevant degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience), with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Australian PR or Citizenship is preferred but not mandatory.
