Job Overview
Bendigo & Adelaide Bank is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Transformation Director to lead our Account Processing team, reporting directly to the CIO.

About the Role
As a key member of our Technology & Transformation Division, you will be responsible for leading teams to plan, build, and run core systems such as Payments, Cards, Wealth Management, Ledger, Product Pricing & Commissions. You will champion organisation transformation objectives, ensuring buy-in from key business stakeholders and developing successful relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead large teams to design, build, and deliver transformation initiatives
• Champion organisational transformation objectives and ensure key stakeholder buy-in
• Develop and foster successful relationships with internal and external partners
• Manage day-to-day operations, including financial management and governance

Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role with ownership of core accounting processing systems in banking
• Ability to lead large teams and represent technology transformation programs
• Strategic customer-focused lens with adaptability in a regulated environment
• Extensive experience interpreting risk and compliance requirements

What We Offer
• Estimated annual salary: $140,000 - $180,000 AUD
