Clinical Director of Perioperative Medicine

This is a senior leadership role within our perioperative services, requiring an experienced medical practitioner with extensive background in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, superior interpersonal skills, and experience in teaching, supervision, and post-graduate education. Leadership experience, particularly in the management of clinical staff, is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to the anaesthesia and perioperative teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal care delivery
- Medical practitioner registration with AHPRA
- Fellowship of the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthesia (ANZCA) or equivalent
- Current police check and valid working with children check
