Job Role Overview

The Industry Presales Architect is a pivotal position in shaping the future of our solutions, while developing as a future star in Presales.

  • Function as the lead for PreSales when responding to tenders and providing demonstrations, presentations, and customer workshops.
  • Demonstrate Financials (FIN), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and Supply Chain (SCM) solutions at a detailed level.
  • Lead teams of Product Presales Consultants to demonstrate HR & Payroll (HR&P), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and other products to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensure environments and processes are configured and maintained and be a thought leader in suggesting new ways of improving systems.
  • Liaise with Product Presales teams to maintain and update knowledge and the product roadmap as it relates to TechnologyOne Industry Solutions.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the sales organisation to build relationships with customers.
  • Assist the sales team with PreSales activities, including assistance on the development of formal sales plans, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing customers.
Key Requirements

This role requires an enthusiastic individual with a broad understanding of corporate business processes and systems. Experience in presenting to a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to read the room when it comes to queries from the audience will be highly considered.
