Men's Healing and Change Coordinator

This role supports men identified as using or impacted by family violence, promoting healing and change, with a focus on men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Eastern Metropolitan Region (EMR).
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with services and stakeholders to provide holistic client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver culturally informed case management to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Provide support to address family violence issues and promote healing.
- Collaborate with services and stakeholders for effective client outcomes.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified.
- Must meet Requirement 209.
- Demonstrated experience working in men's family violence spaces with a minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
- Strong understanding of culturally safe practices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field.
This is a contract opportunity offering immediate start. The salary range for this position is competitive and negotiable based on skills and qualifications.
