Aboriginal Men's Case Manager
Lilydale | Full-Time Contract | Immediate Start
Tradewind Australia, a leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking a Men's Case Manager to provide family violence case management and coordination to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Eastern Metropolitan Region (EMR). This role supports men identified as using or impacted by family violence, promoting healing and change.

Salary:
Level 5 ($100,000 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging)
What You'll Do
Deliver culturally informed case management to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
Provide support to address family violence issues and promote healing
Collaborate with services and stakeholders for holistic client outcomes
What We're Looking For
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Indentified
Must meet Requirement 209
Demonstrated experience working in men's family violence spaces with a minimum 2 years post graduate experience
Strong understanding of culturally safe practices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
