The Melbourne Sports Institute (MSI) is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Academic and Operational Coaches at St Michael's Grammar School. As an Academic and Operational Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and operational functions of the school, working closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor student engagement and behavior, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and alignment with the school's values.
  • Provide educational and academic coaching, advice, mentoring, and support to students on issues related to their studies.
  • Report any issues or concerns to relevant parties, ensuring the school's grounds and facilities are safe and secure.
Requirements:
  • Achieved >80 ATAR score with exceptional results in English, Maths, Humanities, and Science subjects.
  • Currently studying for a tertiary qualification, such as education, commerce, or business.
  • Anaphylaxis qualification and Asthma Management qualification are preferred.
  • Level II First Aid Certificate is preferred.
  • Employee Working with Children Check.
  • National Police History Check (obtained within the last 6 months).
