Senior Clinical Care Manager

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader who can drive our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As second in command, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored care plans, and evaluating resident care in collaboration with family members, to guarantee safe and quality care.
- Promoting a positive learning environment to enhance the capabilities and knowledge of our carers and nurses.
- Overseeing clinical governance through quality improvement initiatives, auditing, and reporting.
- Monitoring the availability and provision of clinical resources.
- Designing and implementing clinical care programs that cater to the needs of our residents.
You will have at least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a large aged care facility, and hold current registration as a registered nurse. You will also possess a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
