About this Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical care delivery team in Bendigo. This exciting opportunity offers a collaborative work environment and the chance to showcase your skills in a leadership role.

This position requires strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving excellence in care provision and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager or coordinator, with a strong knowledge of the accreditation process and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive excellence in care provision through auditing, gap analysis and implementing continuous improvement plans
  • Provide clinical oversight of the home, including preparation for accreditation and case conferences
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to ensure alignment with Quality Standards

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse with no restrictions
  • At least 1 year of Australian nursing experience
  • Previous experience as a CCM in residential aged care in a large facility
  • Full working rights
