Expert Immigration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our corporate immigration practice in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with employer-sponsored visa applications, partner visas, and other related matters.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and provide expert advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising and preparing primarily subclass 186, 400, 407, 408, 482, 485, and 494 applications, as well as partner visas;
- Managing end-to-end case loads for corporate clients;
- Providing client-centred service delivery and collaborating with colleagues on all matters;
- Staying up-to-date with Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures;
Requirements:
- Admitted solicitor with at least 12 months experience in advising, preparing, and lodging immigration applications;
- Proven experience in the employer-sponsored visa space;
- Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
