Job Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering expert corporate immigration advice, with a focus on employer-sponsored visa applications and partner visas.

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist our corporate clients in obtaining temporary and/or permanent visas for their employees to relocate to or remain in Australia.

  • Admitted solicitor with at least 12 months experience in advising, preparing, and lodging subclass 186, 400, 407, 408, 482, 485, and 494 visa applications, as well as partner visas.
  • Proven expertise in the employer-sponsored visa space.
  • End-to-end case management with a client-centred approach.
  • Collaborative team-based working style.
