We're Hiring: Immigration Lawyer (PQE 5+ years)

Are you an experienced immigration lawyer looking to do meaningful work in a supportive, high-performing team?

Rocket & Ash Immigration Law is a boutique immigration law firm based in Camperdown (10-minute walk from Newtown Station), known for strategic expertise and human-centred service. We've helped thousands of individuals and businesses navigate Australia's migration system — and we're growing.

About the Role

As our new Immigration Lawyer, you'll:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of partner, student, and employer-sponsored visas
  • Work on complex individual and corporate immigration matters
  • Draft high-quality submissions and liaise with the Department of Home Affairs
  • Collaborate closely with our Principal Solicitor and legal team
  • Help change lives through exceptional legal work

What You'll Bring

  • Admitted solicitor in NSW with 5+ years PQE in immigration law (minimum 3 years)
  • Sharp legal drafting, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing a high-volume caseload
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for migration law
  • Bonus if you're familiar with: Migration Manager, Adobe, DocuSign, Asana
