Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:

Support individuals through workplace injury recovery by guiding them back to meaningful work. Utilise clinical expertise and skills to manage client journeys, influencing positive outcomes through a whole-of-person approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases.
  • Provide health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support.
  • Perform vocational assessments.
  • Create employer networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Eligibility for registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW.
  • Experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working within a high-performance environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and consultation skills, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong attention to detail, result-focused approach, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to undertake research, prepare, collate, and organise data for reporting purposes.
  • Current Australian driver's licence, police clearance, and working with children check.
