We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Operations Manager to lead and develop our Production Operators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing both people and production on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor direct reports to achieve and exceed production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Meet production demands and work in a dynamic environment to minimize delays.
  • Communicate with leaders regarding production time, budget expectations, materials, delays, or concerns, shift management.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks within the designated area to ensure the plant starts on time and learning curves are being met.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement activities that address safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate team members during dry and wet commissioning and product/process validation to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with the Project and Site Engineering team, R&D, Supply and Logistics, and Sales.
