The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in Wodonga VIC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a store strategy to deliver year-on-year growth
  • Monitor and analyse financial targets, implementing necessary changes for improvement
  • Ensure effective staffing for seasonal peaks and troughs
  • Oversee and manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities
  • Effectively manage people management activities in accordance with company practices and values
  • Build a high-performance and safe work culture within the store
  • Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skill

What We Offer

  • Base salary starting from $110,000 + Super depending on the roster
  • Up to $60,000 per year in commission

About You

We are looking for someone who is inspirational, professional, and a recognised leader. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement within the store and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
