We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to collate and review data for accuracy and appropriateness in accordance with divisional policies and practices.
  • Preparing and accurately inputting daily and/or weekly information from employees' timesheets & rosters.
  • Completing payroll processing and responding to all payroll-related queries from employees (current and past), managers, and business divisions (as appropriate).

You will need to have demonstrated relevant experience in payroll processing, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also require:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in a high volume and complex processing environment.
  • A service-oriented approach.
  • The ability to handle confidential information.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industrial awards, industrial relations and WorkCover.
