Part-Time OOSH 2IC Sports Focussed Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time OOSH 2IC in a sports focussed role. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service in delivering an outstanding sports program to children every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with schools and partners to engage in school events and community activities.
  • Planning and delivering enriching sport-based experiences for children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
  • Leading a team of Educators to assist with the delivery of your program, actively supervising children in our care.
  • Representing our organisation within the school community, promoting our brand values and mission.
Requirements:
  • Love for sports and kids, with a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and previous experience running a Before and After School Care program an advantage.
  • Natural leadership qualities, with attention to detail and ability to foster fun relationships with children and families.
