Dynamic Sports Leader

This role involves overseeing sports activities and themed 'Clubs' for children in a before, after, and holiday care program. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to plan and deliver engaging experiences.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position with flexibility for working from home between service times. As a Sports focussed leader, you will work closely with schools and partners on events and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with schools, partners, and families to ensure successful event coordination and community engagement.
  • Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver enriching sport-based experiences every day, using creative freedom to make decisions that benefit the program.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of educators to assist with program delivery and supervise children's safety and wellbeing.
  • Community Representation: Represent the organization within the school community and serve as an ambassador for its brand.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate confident interpersonal skills, regardless of the individual or group being communicated with.
