Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of local logistics services, including inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

The successful candidate will be based in our North Sydney office, Kingsgrove manufacturing site and 3PL providers. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager of Australia and have a strong customer focus.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the quality, quantity and cost of the storage of goods.
  • Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to optimise customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency.
  • Evaluate external customer satisfaction and define improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent data analytics skills and passion for it.
  • Great stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to clearly communicate findings in presentations.
  • Previous logistics, supply chain planning, procurement and/or warehouse management experience.
  • Valid long-term working rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to travel within Sydney and hold a driver's licence.
