Job Description

As a leading provider of out-of-school-hours care, we seek a highly skilled and motivated OSH Coordinator to manage our 63-place service in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs and activities that cater to the diverse needs of children. This involves working closely with schools, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.

To achieve this goal, you will lead a team of professionals who share your passion for creating a positive impact on children's lives. Your leadership skills, creativity, and ability to foster strong relationships will be essential in building a high-performing team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field, demonstrating exceptional program management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to receive coaching, training, and support from the Support Office.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Valid Working Rights to work in Australia.
