Senior Financial Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial infrastructure resolution and crisis readiness team, you will play a critical role in developing strategies to protect financial system stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and test crisis management plans for critical infrastructures
  • Lead work to develop robust and legally sound processes and arrangements to deploy crisis management powers
  • Collaborate closely with other parts of the financial infrastructure section, including supervisors of critical infrastructure and subject matter experts
  • Engage with stakeholders, including other domestic regulators and financial institutions
Requirements:
  • Deep experience in markets, financial market infrastructures, regulatory practice, and/or crisis management
  • Familiarity with Australian financial markets, including critical infrastructure
  • Strong track record in the development and application of crisis management or resolution frameworks
  • Results-focused with a demonstrated ability to drive towards solutions in a dynamic environment
