Health, Safety and Environmental Lead

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team as a Senior HSE Advisor.
This is a critical role that will be accountable for the day-to-day coordination of site-based HSE governance activities. You will ensure compliance with our health and safety management system and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to our construction management team to ensure statutory, Company, and client HSE obligations are met
- Develop and implement effective HSE plans and subsidiary systems documentation
- Communicate HSE standards and requirements directly to employees to ensure clear understanding
- Cultivate a risk-aware culture by coaching and mentoring employees to minimize hazards
- Assist in creating and maintaining the Area HSE Activity Schedule
To succeed in this challenging role, you must have significant experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar position.
