Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care and medication as needed

- Advocate on behalf of participants when necessary

Requirements:

- Interest in working with people with challenged abilities

- High communication and listening skills

- Self-motivation and ethics with a common sense approach

- Interpersonal skills including self-awareness

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the NDIS

- Experience in the field

- Certificate III / IV Disabilities or relevant qualification
