We're seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals, working closely with older adults in Residential Aged Care settings. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Job Description

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our reablement-focused model. You'll work across various clinical areas, including mobility assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.

You'll collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans, delivering one-on-one reablement therapy that's purpose-driven and deeply rewarding. In return, you'll be supported by a large and dedicated national team, with ongoing mentoring and an annual professional development allowance.

Requirements
  • Qualified Physiotherapists with current registration.
  • Those who share our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
  • Drivers' license and willingness to travel within a designated region.
