Job Description:

As a Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you'll play a vital role in helping older people maintain their independence and stay connected to their communities. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to deliver reablement-focused therapy programs that support residents throughout every phase of their aged care journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one reablement therapy sessions to help residents regain their mobility and functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans that cater to individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop strategies to prevent falls, manage pain, and promote active ageing.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • A passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel around a designated region.
