Your New Role

In the position of Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our worldwide marketing efforts, collaborating with our skilled marketing, creative, digital, and eCommerce teams. Your Day to Day

  1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aimed at increasing sales and engagement.
  2. Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and product launches.
  3. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with brands.
  4. Oversee and refine the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan.
  5. Encourage collaboration among Creative, Digital, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Operations teams.
  6. Create business cases for marketing initiatives and monitor budgets.
  7. Guide and mentor a team of three, supporting their professional development.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our marketing strategies.

What You Need

  1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading marketing strategies.
  2. A degree in Marketing or a related discipline is highly valued.
  3. In-depth knowledge of global marketing and media landscapes.
  4. Demonstrated success in delivering impactful campaigns and measurable outcomes.
  5. Established connections with media, influencers, and brand partners.
  6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  7. Capability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
  8. Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
