Lead Client Partnerships in Qualitative Research

We're seeking a Senior Account Director to join our team and drive major client relationships forward. As a leader in qualitative research, you will guide projects from initial brief through to strategic delivery.

Your role goes beyond running focus groups, uncovering cultural and behavioural drivers behind consumer choices, and translating them into actionable recommendations. We're looking for someone with advanced qualitative approaches, including ethnography, co-creation, and innovative tools like AI-enabled analysis.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead high-profile qualitative projects end-to-end, from proposal to debrief.
  • Run senior-level client engagements and present strategic recommendations with impact.
  • Apply expertise across methodologies, from in-depth interviews and ethnography to innovation workshops.
  • Mentor and inspire a talented team of researchers.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Substantial experience in qualitative research, ideally within top-tier research or brand consultancies.
  • A proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence marketing strategy.
  • Expertise across a breadth of methodologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative mindset.
  • Genuine passion for people, culture, and brands.
